These conditions govern the purchase of products available on the bottegadivanessa.it website.
2. Products
Bottega Divanessa offers handmade handcrafted jewels and, in some cases, unique, customized or products made to order.
Images and descriptions represent products as accurately as possible. As these are handcrafted creations and natural materials, slight differences in color, shape, texture, finish or size can occur. These variations constitute natural and artisanal characteristics of the product and are not to be considered defects.
3. Prices
All prices are expressed in euros and are those indicated on the site at the time of order.
Before confirming the purchase, the customer can view the price of the products, the shipping costs and the total amount due.
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes or other costs applied in the country of destination are borne by the recipient.
4. Orders
The order is concluded when the customer completes the checkout, accepts these conditions and receives the order confirmation at the email address indicated.
Bottega Divanessa reserves the right to contact the customer if additional information is required to make or ship the product.
In case of unforeseen unavailability of an item after the order, the Customer will be promptly informed and will receive a refund of any amount already paid.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed through methods available at checkout, including card payment via SumUp.
The complete card details are not stored directly by Bottega Divanessa, but are processed by the payment service provider according to their own security conditions and measures.
6. Shipping and collection
The costs, the indicative times, the available destinations and the conditions relating to the delivery are described on the page Shipments and Returns , which is an integral part of these conditions.
Free collection is also available at Bottega Divanessa, via Guelfa 83 / R, 50129 Florence, according to the procedures communicated after the order.
The customer is responsible for the correctness of the address and delivery data provided during checkout.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without the obligation to indicate the reason, by means of an explicit declaration sent to vanessa@bottegadivanessa.com .
After the notice of withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days following the instructions received. The direct costs of the return are charged to the customer.
The product must be returned intact and, where possible, in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any decrease in value deriving from a manipulation other than that necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the product.

8. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or clearly customized products, including the jewels created, engraved, adapted or specially modified according to the customer's requests.
This exclusion does not limit the customer's rights in the case of defective products or products that do not comply with the order.
9. Refunds
In the event of a validly exercised withdrawal, the reimbursement will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund may be suspended until the returned goods are received or until the customer demonstrates that they have returned them.
The costs of the initial delivery will be reimbursed within the limits set by the applicable legislation. Any additional costs deriving from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard one offered will not be reimbursed.
10. Legal Warranty
The products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity required by Italian and European legislation.
In the case of a defective product, damaged or not in accordance with the description or order, the Customer must contact vanessa@bottegadivanessa.com indicating the order number and attaching, where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.
All rights recognized by law are unaffected by law.
11. Jewelry Care
The jewels must be used and stored with care, following the instructions provided with the product or published on the site.
The normal oxidation of metals, wear due to use, damage caused by impacts, chemicals, water, perfumes, cosmetics, improper use or lack of care do not constitute original conformity defects.
12. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, drawings, models, graphics, brands and content on the site belong to Bottega Divanessa or are used with authorization.
It is not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.
13. Protection of personal data
Personal data are processed in compliance with applicable legislation and as described in the Privacy Policy published on the site.
14. Applicable law and consumer protection
These conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory right recognized to the consumer by the legislation of the country in which he resides.
For any dispute, the jurisdiction provided for by the applicable legislation to protect the consumer remains competent.
15. Changes to conditions
Bottega Divanessa can update these conditions to adapt them to regulatory or operational changes.
The conditions published and accepted by the customer at the time of purchase apply to the order.
