Shipping and returns
Each jewel is carefully prepared and packaged in the workshop of Bottega Divanessa in Florence.
Preparation times
Available items are generally prepared for shipping within 2–5 working days of order confirmation.
For jewelry made to order, customized or requiring specific processing, the times can be longer. Any realization time will be indicated on the product page or communicated directly to the customer.
Shipping cost
The rates applied at checkout are:
- Italy: € 7
- Europe: €25
- United States and Canada: € 32
- Australia and New Zealand: € 45
- Rest of the world: € 40
- Collection at Bottega Divanessa, via Guelfa 83 / R, 50129 Florence: free
The Customer will only display the methods available for their delivery address.
Indicative delivery times
After shipping, the average delivery times are:
- Italy: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Non-EU countries: 7-20 working days
These times are indicative and may vary due to the courier, holidays, customs checks or circumstances independent of Bottega Divanessa.
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes or costs applied by the country of destination are the responsibility of the recipient.
right of withdrawal and returns
The Consumer Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, without the need to indicate the reason.
To request a return, it is necessary to send an explicit communication to vanessa@bottegadivanessa.com indicating the order number and the items you wish to return.
After communicating the withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days following the instructions received. The direct costs of the return are charged to the customer.
The jewel must be returned intact, unused and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by a manipulation other than that necessary to verify the nature and characteristics of the product.
customized products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized jewels, including items specifically modified at the request of the customer, unless the product is defective or non-compliant with the order.
Refunds
In case of valid withdrawal, the refund will be made using the same method of payment as the order, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund may be suspended until the returned product is received or until a proof of its shipment is presented.
The costs of the initial delivery will be reimbursed within the limits set by the applicable legislation; Any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard one will not be refunded.
Damaged or non-compliant products
If the package arrives damaged or the jewel received has a defect or does not match the order, contact promptly vanessa@bottegadivanessa.com attaching the order number and photographs of the product and packaging.
The rights recognized by the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.
